Aluminium titanate dosing tube has higher melting point(1860° C± 10° C), lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT? 1000° C, α<2.0× 10-6/° C) and excellent heat-shock resistance. Because aluminum titanate materials doesn't infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt. It can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance.
Aluminum titanate dosing tube is the ideal material for non ferrous metal dosing furnace. Main features for aluminum titanate dosing tube as below:
1. Excellent thermal shock resistance
2. Non-wetting to most non-ferrous alloys, making it resistant to build up of dross
3. Excellent wear resistance
4. Low thermal-expansion coefficient
