Type of Material:
Aluminium Titanate is an oxide - ceramic material with fine-grained microstructure and an open porosity. It has higher melting point(1860° C± 10° C), lower thermal expansion coefficient(RT— 1000° C, α <2.0× 10-6/° C) and excellent heat-shock resistance. Because aluminum titanate materials doesn't infiltrate with the metal melt(especially the non-ferrous metals) and glass melt. It can be widely used in the conditions of high-temperature resistance, thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance.

1. ISO-static pressing
2. Slip casting

Application:
1. Low thermal conductivity
2. High thermal shock resistance
3. Can operate to a maximum temperature of 1400° C
4. Strength of 40 x Calcium Silicate and 10 x over Fused Silica
5. Insulating properties
6. Very low wettability by non-ferrous melts
